I've been doing robotics my whole life... well since grade 2 to be precise. I love every part of it from conception, design, teamwork, and competing. I've had the privilege of being captain for many teams over the years but 2023 Dawson Robotics was a standout experience. It was the largest team I ever had to lead, around 30 active members and an additional 10-15 semi-active ones. One of the biggest teams to ever enter the CRC (Canadian Robotics Competition). We ended up sweeping the competition and placing on the podium for every single category. Notably, we won the overall trophy, the sportsmanship trophy, and 1st place robot design.
